the café is really an insider tip. the atmosphere is relaxing and the stuff is really kind and friendly. they offer a large vegetarian section on their menu as well. all the food and drinks we got were really delicious. would definitely visit again, when in new york!! 🙂
A gem in the Lower East Side! Nowhere else nearby quite hits the same balance of quality food, comfortable atmosphere, and friendly staff. I was so excited for this place to open up after loving their Hell’s Kitchen location. Good coffee, breakfast sandwich, and pastries baked onsite.
Pleasant experience at this busy little spot. They have a great selection breakfast and lunch items all super fresh. We loved the chicken panini (with chipotle mayo 7 grain toast and side of greens) and the lentil soup. Not a lot of seating but people are coming in and out, it wasn’t tough to find a seat to read a book for a couple hours. I’ll be back to try more
